U.S.C.G. 100 ton Master Captain
I have over 40 years on the water here in Florida; boating, fishing, diving, lobstering, scalloping, beaching, and camping. My port is currently on Tampa Bay in Apollo Beach. I have fished from the Keys to the Everglades up the West Cost of Florida to the Big Bend area. I have also trolled the waters of the East Coast to the back waters of Indian River. I am a captain for hire, by the hour or the day.
My Goals and Services -
* Help new boaters become familiar with their boat, launching, learning electronics, safe operation on the waterways as a captain for hire.
* Help new fisherman & fisher-women become familiar with equipment and techniques to catch fish in the Tampa Bay area.
* Help our community realtors with taking prospective buyers of waterfront properties out to see homes from the water.
* Commercially, to assist marinas move vessels from dock to dock for trade shows.
* Operate as Captain for hire for inspected commercial vessels - tour boats, dive boats, Sea Tow, Tow Boat US, etc.
* Continue to be a volunteer captain for charitable fishing tournaments such as - Naples Take a Soldier Fishing, Patriot's Day fishing tournament.
